* The Casa Militar (Military House) is a support service for the President of the Republic in his duty as the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.

* The Casa Militar comprises the Head  of the Casa Militar, advisors and field assistants, and all the officials of the Armed Forces, and is supported by secretaries and administrative.
 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES, ORGANIZATION AND FUNCTIONS

The Casa Militar is organized around the three branches that comprise the Armed Forces. For each branch there is a advisory office directed by an advisor from the respective branch. The field assistants are officials from the three branches of the Armed Forces.

In accordance with this criteria and as a function of its composition, the Casa Militar is currently organized in the following manner:
 

Head of the Casa Militar

The Head of the Casa Militar runs the Casa Militar, represents the President of the Republic whenever he deems it necessary and ensures the link between the President of the Republic and the military authorities.
